Travels between home and work with his own aeroplane

Kurt Hansen have been employed in VBS Consult AS since April 2012. He have all the time been hired to ConocoPhillips as HSE inspector at Saipem 7000 during the lifting operations at Eldfisk in the summer season. That is actually correct – he have been at work mainly during the summer period and then had time off during the winter period. This arrangement was prefect both for him and for us. The coming winter he wish to be working some more though. That wish is welcome by our client that will have a very busy winter season this year. Kurt is right now at Stord for a period. This opportunity to fly to work he did not pass by. He own a Pipstrel When I was visiting our team at Stord this week, did not pass the chance to have a close look at his plane. I had of course no choice but taking some photos of our flying consultant. Kurt has his plane stationed at Gullknapp, near by Arendal: http://www.gullknapp.no. Gullknapp airport is not far from his home. At Stord the airport is located not far from Kværner site. Then it is quite understandable that he will choose to fly. The flight from Gullknapp to Stord takes some more than one hour with his plane and it uses a lot less fuel than a car on the same route so then the answer should give itself as long as the weather is good.
